Who we are
This site is operated by HexMetal LLC ("HexMetal", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect through hexmetal.co and how we handle it.
Contact form
The form available on the Contact page is currently a prototype. It does not transmit or store the information you enter — when you submit it, the data never leaves your browser. This policy will be updated before the form is activated for real submissions, and will then describe what is collected, for what purpose, and for how long it is kept.
Audience preference
When you choose one of the two entry paths on the homepage ("I need reliable sourcing" or "I want to develop markets in LatAm"), we save that preference only in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This information is never sent to a server or shared with third parties. You can clear it at any time by removing this site's browsing data in your browser settings.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, first-party or third-party.
Third-party services
We load the site's typefaces (Inter and Space Grotesk) from Google Fonts. When you visit the site, your browser requests those files directly from Google's servers, which may expose your IP address per Google's privacy policy. We do not use any other external service at this time — no analytics tools, advertising pixels, or live chat are active.
Children's privacy
This site is aimed at a business (B2B) audience and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
